About The Well Recovery Homes

Our Story

The W.E.L.L. was born from a place of deep healing and personal transformation. Our founder, Susie Robinson, launched The W.E.L.L. in 2021 after experiencing long-term recovery and graduating from a Christ-centered recovery program herself. Through her own journey and time serving in recovery ministry, she began to recognize a deep need for a program that not only offered structure and support, but also felt like family.

Out of that vision, The W.E.L.L. was created—a place where women could experience the love of Christ in a safe, nurturing environment and begin to walk in true freedom.

We have a huge heart for women who’ve been where we’ve been—those searching for a new way of living. We believe God still changes hearts, restores what was lost, and brings beauty from ashes. At The W.E.L.L., our mission is to walk alongside women as they encounter the love of Christ, rebuild their lives, and discover the fullness of who they were created to be.

Our Team

Susie Robinson
Founder & Executive Director

Susie Robinson is the heart behind The W.E.L.L. Recovery Homes. As a woman in long-term recovery, she brings both personal experience and spiritual insight to the ministry. After graduating from a Christ-centered recovery program, Susie felt a deep calling to help other women find the same freedom and transformation she experienced through Jesus Christ. Her passion for ministry and compassion for women coming out of prison and addiction led to the founding of The W.E.L.L., where she continues to serve as Executive Director. Susie gives all glory to God for the work being done through this ministry and the lives being changed each day.
